Our business is built on the basis of mutual trust and respect. We promise to provide clean, quality equipment at a fair price, with exceptional service. If we're unable to do that, we'll make it right. A few things we ask in return:

• Follow the instructions for using the equipment to avoid damaging it
• If you have a question, contact us for clarity
• If you do damage something, let us know so that we can work together to fix it
• Equipment is due back by noon the day following rental, unless other arrangements have been made
