You have options. The ice cream machine can be loaded into the back of a standard height pickup truck bed using a lift that we provide. If you're renting additional equipment, such as the Vintage Cart, Rustic Table, tables, or chairs, you'll need a little more room. We can help work out those details when you call.
Sorry, but the ice cream machine doesn't quite fit in the trunk of your sedan or mini-van.
If these options don't work, keep in mind that we do offer a delivery service for a fee.
While it's very important that you use a dedicated circuit to run the machine, it's easy to make sure that you are. Just check your breaker box. Many kitchen outlets are on a 20 amp circuit, but make sure you aren't running the microwave, refrigerator, or other appliances at the same time on the same circuit. If you do, the machine won't run properly and your ice cream may just be...well...cream. You can check if your circuit is 20 amp by looking at the circuit switch in your breaker box. Most will say 15 amp, so find the switch that says "20." A heavy duty extension cord can also be used with the machine, for example, if you need to run it outside.
Yes. In fact, the backyard is the perfect place to have soft serve ice cream! Just be sure to keep the machine out of direct sunlight to ensure you get perfect ice cream and prevent the machine from overheating. And remember, you must have a 20 amp circuit.
